ATTENDING CAMPS WHILE IN SEASON WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM YOUR AD OR GOVERNING BODY MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF ELIGIBILITY FOR THE SEASON. RIPFEST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF ELIGIBILITY.

What is BELTS EXPERIENCE CAMP?
Three days of focus on new dives, water belts, and dryland belts. Campers will focus less on skill work and more on new dives for their upcoming season. This camp is for all ages and abilities, but is a goal focused camp.
Check-In for Belts Camp
• When: December 27th- 11pm-1pm

• Lunch will not be provided, please eat before you arrive and bring a snack.
Check-Out for Belts Camp
• When: December 29th- Immediately following the finish of the meet, approximately 12:00pm.

Join us for five days of diving, fun, and friends! This camp operates just like our summer camps...only inside! This camp is focused on skill and drill work with an emphasis on prepping your goal dives.

RipFest's Camp Store is available for campers to purchase suits, apparel, toiletries, tape, drinks, snacks and much more. The store accepts cash, credit card, and check. Campers can open an Athlete Account during Check-In. Athlete Accounts act as a bank account into which money can be placed for the camper to use during their stay. Campers can access their accounts at the Camp Store. All accounts are kept secure and remaining sums will be returned at Check-Out.

Rooms are separated by age and gender. Rooms holds 8-14 campers sleeping in bunk beds. We have a male wing and female wing; each wing shares a bathroom. The wings are heated and air conditioned. Luggage and personal items are stored under the bunk beds. We work diligently to accommodate as many rooming requests as possible, but we cannot guarantee roommate requests.

Laundry is available for campers and can be purchased for $5 per load at the Camp Store.

Please turn over ALL medication to the camp manager upon check in. NO medication will be kept in the rooms other than inhalers and epi-pens. This includes pain relievers, vitamins, contraceptives, and allergy medication. Medication is distributed by First Aid Certified staff person

RipFest offers a shuttle service for those flying into Indianapolis International Airport. The one-way fee or round-trip fee can be purchased during registration. Please email travel@ripfest.net and provide your camper's flight number, date of flight, time of flight, and airline.

BELTS CAMP AIRPORT ARRIVALS (DECEMBER 27TH)
Campers should arrive before 12:00PM on Day 1 (Friday). Our shuttle will pick up campers at 12:00PM on Day 1 of Belts Camp. Campers should purchase lunch at the airport. Shuttles will not be offered outside of above stated time. Please note- depending on staff availability, we cannot guarantee a staff person to meet your camper(s) at baggage until 12:00PM on Day 1 .
Please proceed to baggage claim for shuttle pick up. The signs at the airport will guide you. When you come down the escalators you will see a RipFest staff member holding a sign that reads “Diving Camp” with the RipFest logo. The staff member will be wearing RipFest gear.
Betls Camp Departures: Campers should schedule departures after 3:00pm on Sunday. Our shuttle will run as needed for departures. Please note- if your child has a later flight, they may arrive at the airport more than two hours before their departure time.
WINTER CAMP AIRPORT ARRIVALS (DECEMBER 29TH)
Campers should arrive before 1:00PM on Day 1 (Sunday). Our shuttle will pick up campers at 1:30pm on Day 1 of Winter Camp. Campers should purchase lunch at the airport. Shuttles will not be offered outside of above stated time. Please note- depending on staff availability, we cannot guarantee a staff person to meet your camper(s) at baggage until 1:30pm.

Please notify the office before your camper(s) arrival if you are flying your child on an unaccompanied minor ticket.
An extra fee will be applied to your registration for RipFest to pick up athlete.
You must have your child registered with the airline as an unaccompanied minor for RipFest to receive a security pass to pick up your child at the gate. This is a special type of ticket. If the airline does not request contact information for the pick-up person, they are not considered an unaccompanied minor by the airline. Please refer to Airport Shuttle information for arrival/departure times for unaccompanied minors. We will email you 2-3 days ahead of the arrival date with the contact information requested by the airline. Our staff will follow airline procedures to retrieve your child at the gate. They will wait with the group for the shuttle to depart.

Customers must pay a deposit of $200 upon registration completion. There are three different payment plan options.
Option 1: 10/15, 11/15, 12/15
Option 2: 11/15, 12/15

Prohibited Items at Camp
RipFest aims to offer a wonderful experience for campers. In a group living environment, such as camp, cooperation is essential, and campers are most comfortable when they know what is expected of them. Campers and parents are to abide by the rules set forth by RipFest. RipFest asks that you and your child follow some important rules:
1. RipFest is tobacco, alcohol, drug, vaping, and juul free facility.
2. RipFest does not allow for weapons on the premise.
3. Bullying, stealing, sneaking out, and breaking the law while on Ripfest property or while at camp is prohibited and is subject to immediate expulsion from facilities and RipFest programs
RipFest and RipFest staff reserve the right to search any camper/staff person's personal property on camp during campers' stay at camp. If any of the items listed above is found, the Director(s) have the right to seize any and all items; with the exception of illegal items, any items seized by the Director(s) will be returned to the camper/staff person at the conclusion of camp. The Director(s) will meet with the camper/staff in question and appropriate consequences will be implemented. The Director(s) reserve the right to dismiss the camper/staff person from camper. If a camper is dismissed, then the dismissed camper will be separated from the camp population until a parent/guardian can arrange to pick-up the camper. Any dismissed staff member will be asked to leave camp immediately. In the event of discovery of any illegal substance or weapon, our onsite police will be contacted, and the illegal items will be given to the appropriate authorities.
Dismissal from camp will result in a future ban to attend RipFest camps.
