When: Sunday- 11:00pm-1:00pm

Food will not be provided until dinner, please eat before you arrive and bring a snack. Please bring your suitcase and bedding with you in to check in.

When: Friday- Immediately following the conclusion of the meet, approximately 2:00pm.
Location: Forest Park Aquatic Center: 1077 Cicero Rd, Noblesville, IN 46060
Parents are welcome to attend the meet at Forest Park Aquatic Center- 1077 Cicero Rd, Noblesville, IN 46060. Warm-ups begin at 11:30am. If you would like to attend the meet, plan to arrive for warmups as there is not a definite start time for the meet.
*Inclement weather on Check Out day is always a possibility. We will email you with any changes to the check out location/meet location if there are storms in the area that threaten safety.
*Week 5- Check out Week 5 will be at Hamilton Heights High School 25802 State Rte 19 Arcadia, IN 46030. Please enter through the glass double doors on north side of high school.

Practice/Meet: 11:30 - 2:00pm at Forest Park Aquatic Center (FPAC)

**Staff will verbally check commuters in and out with parent/guardian each day
**Schedule may change to inclement weather. All changes will be communicated to parents via phone call, verbal, or email.
**Commuters can be picked up at any time after 5:00pm. They are welcome to join the nightly activity and stay until 9:45pm.

RipFest's Camp Store is available for campers to purchase suits, apparel, toiletries, tape, drinks, snacks and much more. The store accepts cash, credit card, and check. Campers can open an Athlete Account during Check-In. Athlete Accounts act as a bank account into which money can be placed for the camper to use during their stay. Campers can access their accounts at the Camp Store. All accounts are kept secure and remaining sums will be returned at Check-Out.

Rooms are separated by age and gender. Rooms holds 8-14 campers sleeping in bunk beds. We have a male wing and female wing; each wing shares a bathroom. The wings are heated and air conditioned. Luggage and personal items are stored under the bunk beds. RipFest does not provide bedding or pillows. Please pack your own bedding and pillows. Bunk beds are twin size.
We work diligently to accommodate as many rooming requests as possible, but we cannot guarantee roommate requests.

Laundry is available for campers and can be purchased for $5 per load at the Camp Store.

Please turn over ALL medication to the camp manager upon check in. NO medication will be kept in the rooms other than inhalers and epi-pens. This includes pain relievers, vitamins, contraceptives, and allergy medication.
Please bring medication in orginal container and labeled with name and instructions.

RipFest offers a shuttle service for those flying into Indianapolis International Airport (IND). The one-way fee of $45 or round trip of $90 can be purchased during registration. Once you have your itinerary, please email travel@ripfest.net. Please provide your camper's name, flight number, airline, and arrival time.
Shuttle Time for Pick Ups:
Saturdays at 12:00p and 6:00pm at baggage claim. Staff will meet arrivals at baggage claim 30 minutes before the shuttle is scheduled to leave.
Sundays at 11:00am at baggage claim. Staff will meet arrivals at baggage claim 30 minutes before the shuttle is scheduled to leave.
Drop Offs:
Fridays 3:00pm drop off curbside departure terminal.
Saturdays 12:00pm drop off at curbside departure terminal.
Detailed Information:
Check In Day Arrivals: Campers flights should arrive before 10:30am on Sunday. Our shuttle will leave the airport promptly at 11:00am on Sunday. We do not offer additional shuttles on check in day. Staff will meet arrivals at baggage claim 30 minutes before the shuttle is scheduled to leave.
Check Out Day Departures: Campers should schedule departures after 5:00pm on Friday. We will leave the camp at 2:00pm and arrive at the airport around 3:00pm. All check out day departures will be dropped off at this time. If you schedule a flight before 5:00pm, RipFest is not responsible if you child misses their flight. We cannot accommodate earlier departure times on check out day.
What if I miss the shuttle or can't find a flight that fits the shuttle schedule?
If your flight arrives or departs outside of the shuttle times, you have two options.
You can schedule transportation with an independent shuttle service. RipFest is not responsible for athletes until they arrive at the camp house if the camper chooses an independent shuttle service.
Arrive a day early or depart a day late from camp.
Arrive day early: land before 12:00pm or 6:00pm on Saturday. The shuttle will depart at 12:00pm and 6:00pm from the airport.
Depart a day late from camp: our shuttle will arrive at the airport at 12:00pm. Please choose a flight after 2:00pm.

Weekend campers are supervised by our weekend staff. We assign a camp counselor for your child and will have activities planned ahead of time depending on how many campers are staying over the weekend. Weekends are all about bonding, but campers are also encouraged to relax and refresh for the next week ahead. We do not supply food after breakfast on Friday to dinner on Sunday. Camp staff transport and accompany weekend campers to the store to purchase food. The camp kitchen and camper refrigerators are available for use on the weekends. Staff are available to help campers fix food.
Please note, there is a $150 additional fee for weekend campers. This does not include food or weekend activities.
Possible weekend activities include: bowling, laser tag, canoeing, skating, mini golf or lazing about on the beach. Weekend activities and food are not included in the cost of camp.

Customers must pay a deposit of $200 upon registration completion. After June 1st all registrations will be required to be paid in full upon registration completion.
Register before March 15th to be eligible for the payment plan. A deposit of $200 is required at time of check out. If the payment plan option is selected during check out, payments occur on 3/15, 4/15, & 5/15. Registrations will be required to be paid in full after June 1st.

All registrations are subject to a $150 nonrefundable deposit per week registered.
12 weeks prior to start of the camper's first week of camp, a cancelation fee of $200 will be charged per week registered.
8-11 weeks prior to start of the camper's first week of camp, a cancelation fee of $400 will be charged per week registered.
7 weeks-14 days prior to start of the camper's first week of camp, a cancelation fee of $600 will be charged per week registered.
14 days prior to start of the camper's first week of camp, no refunds will be offered.
We are able to switch weeks at no cost or offer credit for the next camp year.
If an injury occurs before the start of camp, we require a doctor's note to process cancelation. The refund policies listed above apply to all injuries.
COVID-19: if you child is quarantined before the start of camp, we cannot issue a refund. We will credit the week of missed camp for the following summer or switch weeks. Any COVID-19 related cancelations cannot be refunded; we will credit the account for the following summer or switch weeks of camp.
We do not issue refunds to any camper who withdraws any time after arriving this includes, but is not limited to, becoming sick during camp, injury while at camp, ect. We do not issue discounts to any camper who arrives late or departs early. Payments that are nonrefundable in accordance with the cancellation policy will be credited for the following summer or later weeks of camp.
Refunds are not able to be given for session options such as t-shirt, airport shuttle, or extra night fee. We will credit your account for the cancelation of these session options in accordance with the timeline listed above. 14 days prior to camp, no credit will be issued.
Please contact our office and state the reason for canceling in order to cancel your order.

PROHIBITED ITEMS AT CAMP
RipFest aims to offer a wonderful experience for campers. In a group living environment, such as camp, cooperation is essential and campers are most comfortable when they know what is expected of them. Campers and parents are to abide by the rules set forth by RipFest. RipFest asks that you and your child follow some important rules:
1. RipFest is tobacco, alcohol, drug, vaping, and e-cigarette free facility.
2. RipFest does not allow for weapons on the premise.
3. Bullying, stealing, sneaking out, and breaking the law while on RipFest property or while at camp is prohibited and is subject to immediate expulsion from facilities and RipFest programs
RipFest and RipFest staff reserve the right to search any camper/staff person's personal property on camp during campers' stay at camp. If any of the items listed above is found, the Director(s) have the right to seize any and all items; with the exception of illegal items, any items seized by the Director(s) will be returned to the camper/staff person at the conclusion of camp. The Director(s) will meet with the camper/staff in question and appropriate consequences will be implemented. The Director(s) reserve the right to dismiss the camper/staff person from camp. If a camper is dismissed, then the dismissed camper will be separated from the camp population until a parent/guardian can arrange to pick-up the camper. Any dismissed staff member will be asked to leave camp immediately. In the event of discovery of any illegal substance or weapon, our onsite police will be contacted, and the illegal items will be given to the appropriate authorities.
Dismissal from camp will result in a future ban to attend RipFest camps.
